Welcome to HosVibe.com (“HosVibe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a professional private networking platform for the global hospitality industry.

By accessing or using HosVibe.com (the “Website” or “Platform”), you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use HosVibe.

  • By registering, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

  • HosVibe is designed for hospitality professionals, businesses, suppliers, consultants, educators, tourism organizations, and related industry participants seeking professional networking opportunities.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree not to share your account, impersonate another individual, or misrepresent your identity or professional affiliation.

  • HosVibe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the integrity of the Platform.

3. Acceptable Use

HosVibe is a professional networking environment. You agree that you will not:

  • Post unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or misleading content.

  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten other members.

  • Upload viruses, spam, automated scripts, or malicious code.

  • Use the Platform for purposes unrelated to professional hospitality networking (including adult content, political campaigning, or unrelated mass solicitation).

  • Scrape, harvest, copy, or misuse member data without authorization.

We reserve the right to remove content that undermines the professional nature of the Platform.

4. Content Ownership & License

  • You retain ownership of the content you post, including text, images, videos, profile information, and business details.

  • By posting content on HosVibe, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, host, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe upon intellectual property or other legal rights of third parties.

5. Privacy

Your use of HosVibe is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Platform, you consent to those practices.

6. Professional Networking, Business Pages & Job Tools

HosVibe may provide tools for:

  • Professional networking

  • Business Pages

  • Job postings and recruitment

  • Industry collaboration

Important disclaimers:

  • HosVibe does not independently verify all member credentials, job postings, or business claims.

  • Any employment, partnership, service agreement, or transaction made through the Platform is solely between the involved parties.

  • HosVibe is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from member interactions.

Members are encouraged to exercise professional judgment and due diligence.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services. HosVibe does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, policies, or practices.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in conduct harmful to other members

  • Your activity compromises the security or professional integrity of HosVibe

You may deactivate your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

HosVibe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service

  • Specific professional outcomes or business results

  • The accuracy or reliability of member-generated content

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HosVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HosVibe, its affiliates, directors, officers, and team members from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your content

  • Your violation of these Terms
